At Poema, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

• Returns: Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
   

• Exchanges: If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement.
   

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
